Procedure

Prior to the first sitting or photo session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. Then I will either travel to the client's location or arrange a meeting in my studio. At that time I will conduct a photographic session. After I have gone through the photographs I will send the best images to the client to decide on the final pose.

If a photo is provided, I may need to photograph a body double and or do extensive Photoshop work on the image. I then will send the reference to the client for approval.

The portrait is then painted in my studio. This process may take 2-6 months. When the painting is done, the client will have a chance to review it and request any reasonable changes. Upon acceptance of the portrait, the balance of the fee is due.
